Tokrava is a self-custody crypto asset exchange platform operated by FLUXPAY FINANCIAL LTD., a Canadian Money Services Business.
We provide clients with access to crypto asset exchange services while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, transparency, financial crime prevention, and responsible onboarding.
Tokrava does not provide hosted wallets, custodial wallets, private-key custody, or wallet management services. Clients hold, control, and manage their own external crypto wallets.
FLUXPAY FINANCIAL LTD. is incorporated in Canada under incorporation number BC1576401 and registered as a Canadian Money Services Business under MSB registration number N300000152.
Through Tokrava, we aim to provide a professional, secure, and compliance-focused environment for clients who want to buy, sell, or exchange supported crypto assets using their own self-custody wallets.
Tokrava provides crypto asset exchange services on a self-custody basis.
This means clients use their own external wallets and remain responsible for the custody, control, and security of their crypto assets, wallet addresses, private keys, recovery phrases, and blockchain transactions.
Depending on availability and eligibility, Tokrava may support:
Tokrava does not hold client crypto assets on behalf of clients and does not control client wallets.
Tokrava is built around a self-custody model.
We do not provide hosted wallet addresses, custodial wallets, omnibus wallets, private-key storage, or wallet-management services. Clients are responsible for using their own wallets and for safeguarding their private keys, passwords, recovery phrases, devices, and account credentials.
Before processing supported transactions, Tokrava may ask clients to provide wallet addresses, transaction details, and supporting information for compliance, wallet-risk screening, blockchain analytics, transaction monitoring, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Providing a wallet address to Tokrava does not mean Tokrava takes custody, control, or ownership of the client’s crypto assets.
Clients must carefully verify wallet addresses, blockchain networks, destination details, memos, and tags before sending or receiving crypto assets. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, and assets sent to the wrong address, wrong network, unsupported wallet, or incorrect destination may be permanently lost.
Crypto services must be built on trust, transparency, and strong controls.
At Tokrava, compliance is part of the platform design. Before clients can access services, Tokrava may require identity verification, AML/KYC checks, sanctions screening, politically exposed person screening, proof of address, source of funds information, and external wallet-risk review.
Although Tokrava does not custody client crypto assets or provide hosted wallets, we may monitor wallet addresses, transaction hashes, blockchain activity, counterparties, and transaction patterns to help detect suspicious activity, fraud, sanctions exposure, scams, stolen funds, darknet market exposure, ransomware, mixers, tumblers, and other high-risk blockchain activity.
Our goal is to provide a crypto exchange environment that supports legitimate clients and reduces the risk of misuse by bad actors.
Crypto assets are high-risk and may not be suitable for every client. Prices can change rapidly, liquidity may be limited, and blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
Tokrava does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice. We do not recommend that clients buy, sell, hold, or exchange any specific crypto asset.
Clients are responsible for making their own decisions, understanding the risks, and seeking independent professional advice where appropriate.
As part of our onboarding process, clients may be required to confirm that they understand the risks of crypto assets, self-custody wallets, private-key security, blockchain transfers, and irreversible transactions.
Tokrava may not be available in all jurisdictions. Access to our services depends on applicable law, regulatory requirements, client eligibility, AML/KYC verification, sanctions screening, wallet-risk assessment, transaction monitoring, and internal risk controls.
Tokrava does not actively market, promote, advertise, solicit, or target services to persons located in the European Union or European Economic Area.
Where permitted, Tokrava may consider client-initiated enquiries from EU or EEA persons where the client contacts Tokrava at their own exclusive initiative, subject to legal review, compliance review, onboarding checks, and internal risk assessment.
Tokrava reserves the right to refuse onboarding, restrict access, delay transactions, reject transactions, or terminate a relationship where legal, regulatory, AML, sanctions, fraud, wallet-risk, or operational concerns arise.
Our mission is to make crypto asset exchange services more transparent, more secure, and more compliance-driven.
We aim to serve legitimate clients through a professional platform that balances access to crypto asset exchange services with responsible onboarding, self-custody principles, financial crime prevention, and clear risk disclosure.
We believe trust is built through clear information, proper verification, transparent processes, and responsible service delivery.
We apply AML/KYC, sanctions screening, wallet-risk screening, blockchain analytics, and transaction-monitoring measures to protect our platform and clients.
We believe clients should understand and control their own crypto wallets. Tokrava does not hold private keys or manage client wallets.
We take fraud prevention, account security, wallet-risk review, and transaction monitoring seriously.
We communicate clearly about risks, eligibility, verification requirements, transaction limitations, and service restrictions.
We do not encourage reckless speculation. Clients should understand crypto risks before using any crypto asset service.
